Where can I find out more about my order?
In the menu at the top right you will find the “Account” section. Here you can view all relevant information about your order and the order status at any time.
The following information can be displayed under “My order”:
Order number
Status of your order
Shipping status & tracking number
How can I change my order at a later date?
Subsequent changes are not possible. If the order has not yet been processed, you can cancel the order and place a new order.
How can I cancel my order?
Complete the cancellation form provided and send it with the goods or in advance by email to info@modernkoicompany.com
Reply to the order confirmation with a request to cancel all or part of the order.

How can I pay?
Payment is possible via Paypal, credit card, or Klarna.
Where can I find my invoice?
After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation with payment instructions by e-mail.
In the menu at the top right, you will find the “Account” section. Here you can view your orders with the corresponding amounts at any time. The invoice for your order is included in the package together with the ordered goods.
Where can I find the bank details for the transfer?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation for each order. The terms of payment are listed here. The bank details for prepayment will also be displayed after the order process, please state the order number or invoice number as the purpose of the transfer.

Is there a sale in store?
You will find our dispatch and collection warehouse here. You are welcome to order your goods online beforehand and select “self-collection” as the shipping method. Our team will then be happy to provide you with the goods for collection.

How can I return my order?
