Hel-X Biofilter Media

HEL-X fillers are made from HDPE regranulate (black).

They are used for biological wastewater treatment in MBBR and IFAS plants, in aquaculture and in biogas plants.

HEL-X fillers are also successfully used in koi keeping.

With minimal space requirements, a large biotope with optimal degradation performance can be provided and high degradation rates can be achieved.

The HEL-X fill media are inserted without movement and are aerated to ensure the bacteria have a sufficient oxygen supply.
